Beth,
I have been surfing for about 5 years now, and like allsurfers, I have my own certain position I tend to paddle in. I havenoticed that I give one side more of a work out- and I am supporting myweight- with one side more than the other. I want to correct this, so that when I work out, it doesn’t worsen. Any advice on aligning myselfcorrectly- and correcting this problem?

Hey Tucker,
Of course, I have some advice for you, I am a woman aren’t I!!! What you are dealing with is not uncommon; I do the same thing. I really started to notice it in yoga. One side is soooo much tighter than the other.
My theory is that this tightness makes it very difficult to paddle evenly and I will continue to favor my right side. This leads to a continual increase in right side dominance, overuse, and tightness. No bueno. So, My suggestion would be to try and stretch out your bod
