Beth,
I injured my shoulder about 4 years ago lifting weights, stopped lifting and it went away. I moved to San Francisco, started surfing and the shoulder would act up every so often. Now that I am a serious surfer the problem is at its worst. I have been diagnosed by like 4 different doctors and treated, but nothing of a glimpse of feeling better.
I have the pain in the front of my shoulder, it was originally diagnosed as bicep tendonitis from lifting too much. It is painful when I lift so I completely quit that. The latest time it came from throwing a football one day, and then I surfed like 4 days in a row. The pain has lasted longer than normal now, right in front of the shoulder head. Even to lift my arm up over my head for a few seconds is tiresome.
The problem is I have loss of range of motion in my neck along with Nerve pressure there. My shoulder exhibits tendonitis symptoms
