The Surf Art Experience is a big Surf Art Auction and Party with live surf music by the renowned surf band, the BerZerKers; a surf DJ, an amazing auction of art surfboards created by eminent Bay Area artists, a Surf Art Photography Exhibit including awesome photos by Don Montgomery and Elizabeth Pepin, ongoing Surf video and film clips, many fine refreshments, and more! How much: Tickets are only $5 suggested donation at the door, and can be used for one free beverage!

Why? Proceeds from the event and the surfboard auction benefit local non-profits!

The Surf Art Experience is a joint presentation by the Fog Fest and the Sanchez Art Center. For the live auction of 8 art surfboards, each board is sponsored and the money from each board's auction goes to the non-profit that was designated by the sponsor for that board. The non-profits are Pacificans Care, Pacifica Resource Center, Sanchez Art Center, Pacifica Senior Center, Rotary Scholarship Fund, Safe Rides for Kids, and the Pacifica Mothers Club. A silent auction of small art surfboards will benefit the Sanchez Art Center, and the Fog Fest will receive some proceeds of the beverage sales – the Fog Fest benefits over 40 local community groups.
