The Surfrider San Francisco chapter is holding a meeting on Tues., April 3rd from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Aqua Surf Shop (1742 Haight Street). Even if you are not a Surfrider member, you are welcome to attend. This month’s meeting will include updates from project leaders and more information about the new National Park Service bonfire policy at Ocean Beach, the Surfrider Educational program, and Surfrider SF’s involvement with the recent plastic shopping bag reduction/ban ordinance.
This meeting is a good opportunity to learn how you can get involved with community-based environmental action to protect the waters you enjoy.
