Woody Brown Documentary in Half Moon Bay on Friday, March 9, 2007

The Coastside Film Society is screening the documentary film Of Wind and Waves: The Life of Woody Brown on Fri., March 9th in Half Moon Bay. The documentary is an award-winning look at the 95-year old legend, Woody Brown, who has put his stamp on the worlds of surfing, sailing, and soaring. The film explores Woody Brown's life both in his own words and from the perspectives of his family, friends and other surfing legends and collegues. The film also features a remarkable archive of film and photography from every stage of Woody's long life.

Showtime is 8:00 P.M. and a donation of $6.00 is requested.
