It’s About Sea Life Benefit and Paddle-Out in San Francisco on Friday & Saturday, November 21 &22, 2008

The San Francisco, California-based surf and action sports company, Surf Addict, is proud to present the “It’s About Sea Life” Benefit Event, to take place at the Aquarium of the Bay on Friday, November 21, 2008 in San Francisco, California.

The event is focused on raising awareness of ocean and coastal conservation issues, and will benefit the work of non-profit organizations such as the Surfrider Foundation, Save the Waves Coalition, and Surf Aid.

The It’s About Sea Life Ball was conceived by a group of San Francisco-based surfer/environmentalists who wanted to bring together surfers and ocean lovers who are concerned about the continuing threats facing our coastlines and marine ecosystems.

The event will feature live music, passed hors’dourves and no-host bar, door and raffle prizes, silent auction, and the chance to bid on one-of-a-kind items in a live auction – all set amongst the dramatic environs of the Aquarium of the Bay. Attendees may also be treated to surprise film trailer screenings and celebrity-surfer appearances.
