Surfrider SF Chapter Achieves Removal of Submerged Poles in San Francisco

The Surfrider SF chapter enjoyed a small victory at the south end of Ocean Beach this month as we got confirmation that the dangerous and often submerged pole ends sticking from the sand were to be removed. A HUGE thanks to Steve Wasserman for following through on that project and conveying the importance to the local authorities and organizations responsible for their removal.

What? No more low-tide slalom course?

Thanks for getting this done, Surfrider!
