Maverick’s Contest NOT Occuring on Saturday, January 17, 2009

According to SurfPulse sources, the Maverick’s contest will NOT be held on Sat., Jan. 17, due to a decay in the swell.

The contest window is through March 31. The $150,000 prize purse will be gaining interest.
