Fly, grasshopper, fly.  Today we have surf.  On the smaller side of the spectrum, definitely, with scattered peaks in the chest to shoulder high range, but overall the ocean is smooth and the south swell, which started showing up late yesterday, is nicely organized and providing some fun little waves for our Saturday morning.  The waves themselves are looking a little soft, but if you find the right peak, there do appear to be some compact, little shoulders here and there.  Oh yeah – the weather is calm, with a mix of blue sky and clouds, the ocean is smooth, and there is a very light onshore breeze flowing out of the west.
