In order to help clean up the beaches after Outside Lands festival in Golden Gate Park (as well as the increased crowds due to good swell and hot weather), Surfrider SF Chapter is sponsoring beach cleanups at Ocean Beach on Sat. and Sun., Aug. 29 and 30, from 10:00 AM to noon both days.
To volunteer your efforts, please show up at Stairway 17 (across from Beach Chalet), in the parking lot between Fulton and Lincoln. All supplies provided.
Also, if you are attending Outside Lands, be sure to stop by the Surfrider booth at the festival.
