San Francisco’s Aquarium of the Bay (Pier 39) holds the Sharktober Film Festival on Sat., Oct. 17 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM. The films include local and international entries. The event is sponsored by the San Francisco Ocean Film Festival and Sea Stewards from Aquarium of the Bay.
Following the screenings, renowned shark experts and scientists will share their insight during presentations and panel discussions moderated by filmmaker and marine biologist David McGuire.
The event ticket is priced at $17.
