A regular SurfPulse visitor lost a board at Montara on Sun., 12/20 in the late afternoon. It blew off the car roof on Highway 1, and when the owner came back 10 minutes later to look for it, it was gone.
The board is an epoxy Randy Cone, 6’1″ quad-fin with futures fins and swirly red resin tint on the back third of the deck, with a DaKine traction pad missing the center oval.
Please contact SurfPulse at news@surfpulse.com if you found the board! Thanks!

Knots. They’re not just for climbers.
Dude – worse than that, it was a total brainfart. The board was just resting on the roof racks with no straps, usually tucked inside the car. Got distracted chatting and just drove off. It blew off somewhere between the N. lot and Costanera. (I wish I had it sticking through the sunroof like above shot).
