As if you hadn’t already surmised, the torrential rains are pushing a lot of sewage overflow directly into Ocean Beach and Bay waters and just about any urban beach up and down the coast. Just in case you’re crazy enough to charge Victory at Sea, it’s the little microbes—not the giant waves—that may send you to the hospital.
