Surfer-Shaper Johnny Rice Inducted into International Surfboard Builders Hall of Fame

SurfPulse congratulates Santa Cruz’s legendary shaper Johnny Rice on his recent induction into the International Surfboard Builders Hall of Fame located in Huntington Beach, CA. A true craftsman who deserves the honor! (Personal note: I still have a mid-90s longboard custom shaped by Mr. Rice that I now store with my in-laws in Japan. Still one of the best boards I’ve ever owned.)

   the surfing community load after load of bull#@$% we have judges and a jury to rate our existence and dedication to the greater efforts to exploit and sell more SUPʻs -.
