The 8th annual San Francisco Ocean Film Festival returns with another thrilling Surf Program on Fri., Mar. 11 at PIER 39 featuring the San Francisco theatrical premieres of the award-winning “The Westsiders“, “Ocean Monk” and “Monsterboards” (with a special SFOFF-only intro from the director). Representatives from each will be on hand for Q&A including Kenny “Skindog” Collins, perennial Mavericks contest invitee and Billabong XXL winner, and “Ocean Monk” director Sanjay Rawal.
