The fog has returned. From the beach, only the inner bar is visible. There is no wind and the ocean surface is somewhat glassy. Waves are looking chest to shoulder high with a few head-highs likely out there. Wave shape looks poor overall, but a paddle out would probably yield a couple of fun ones.
