It’s a pre-storm morning at the beach with overcast skies, scattered raindrops and light south-southeast winds. Swell size has come up to the head-high range but it’s fairly raw and chunky. A couple people were on it but I didn’t see a wave ridden – perhaps they’re trying to squeeze a few more in before our forecasted stretch of stormy weather. The tide is draining out until 2p so the shape may improve before winds and rain pick up but given the last few weeks we’ve had, you could probably find better ways to spend your time.
