Like my inclination to file an official complaint to the Office of Citizen Complaints for an unjustified SFPD traffic stop yesterday afternoon, I am inclined to complain to the Office of Surfer Complaints for unjustified SFOB conditions. Ok, maybe Mother Nature is justified–mid-Spring rainy conditions with strong onshores and no swell. The wind chop is about knee to thigh high with no shape. Go watch the morning Giants game instead and watch out for b.s. traffic stops in the Inner Richmond.
