Who is Beth?

Beth Price Jeffris has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah. She is a triathlon coach who has trained hundreds of triathletes, as well as other athletes for surfing, mountain biking, and skiing. Also Beth has several years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation. Beyond her extensive experience training others on fitness and injury prevention, Beth participates in all of the aforementioned sports and she has competed in ultra-endurance races including the Eco-Challenge and the 24-Hour Moab Mountain Bike Race. Beth has been surfing for several years and she is completely addicted to the sport. In sum, Beth walks the talk... and she has the credentials to know what she's talking about.
